3E-motion is specialised in functional integrated modelbased E/E-Engineering, with our impact on the industry stretching back until the early 1990‘s.
We own a worldwide unique know-how about CAPE (Computer Aided Plant Engineering), the functional development of complex electronic systems in mobile applications on land, on water and in the air.
Dipl.Ing. Jürgen Kaiser, managing director
Jürgen Kaiser studied communications engineering at the FHT Mannheim.
He worked for ABB for 19 years in management positions in the power plant control technology, automation, network control technology and transportation segments. He founded several software companies such as MegaTools, CapeWare and 3E-motion Ventures.
Among other things, he was co-founder and chairman of the supervisory board of SHE Informationstechnologie AG.
Jürgen Kaiser is a well-known expert and pioneer in the methodology of functional development.
He introduced this engineering process at ABB DaimlerChrysler Transportation (now Bombardier) back in the 1990s and invented “Virtual Solution Design” together with Dr Christian Zeidler / ABB Research Heidelberg.
The engineering systems CAPE/C (ABB / Capeware Technologies) and ESCAPE later emerged from this development under his leadership. The tools were developed to today's maturity in cooperation with OEMs and suppliers such as BMW, Delphi, CLAAS and CHERY.
In addition to his work as managing director, from 2007 to 2012 he held lectures on “Real-time bus communication systems” at the Institute of Computer Engineering at Graz University of Technology.
