Process Steps

ESCAPE features full integration of automated code generation and upload into your ECU product family via Simulink from the functional model.

Depending on the selected variant or the features, a Simulink model of the control unit(s) is generated. The configuration of the operating system, the task configuration and the communication are also generated.

The target code is generated from the automatically created model using a code generator and compiler. The code is loaded into the control unit.

Process data are recorded online (e.g. CAN, Ethernet) and displayed directly in the function model. Process data can also initially be logged and later played back step by step within the model.
